Headaches – There are several types of headaches: cervico-genic (headaches originating from abnormally functioning or inflamed neck joints), muscle tension headaches, migraines (triggered by hormones, food allergies, caffeine, etc.), and cluster headaches (less common). Each headache has a different sent of symptoms and can usually be reproduced during the physical exam. We strive to identify the cause of your headaches, modify postural behaviors, and provide exercises to eliminate the need for high frequency on-going treatment.  Migraines, however, take a more investigative approach and, in some cases, require food elimination efforts to effectively treat.
